Payments are applied to the lease balance, not to individual tenant obligations. Multiple tenants may make separate payments for convenience. However, all lease holders remain equally responsible for the full tenancy agreement.

Recurring Interac e-Transfer
Tenant sets this up through their own online banking if their bank supports scheduled e-Transfers.

Coming later through Square or another approved payment processor.
Automatic payment setup does not change the tenant’s responsibility to ensure rent is paid in full and on time. All lease holders remain equally responsible for the tenancy agreement.
